Commissions

USAGE POLICY

You'll receive an artwork with watermark on it
I have the rights to:
-post it on my social media
-use it as portfolio of my work
-sell merchandise, stickers, prints, mugs, etc using the artworkCommissioner is allowed to :
-post the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist
-print the artwork, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itselfCommissioner is not allowed to :
-use the artwork commercially (Meaning making money of it in any way)
-resell the artwork
-remove the watermark

PROCESS

  • I will notify you when I have started on your commission.

  • I accept 2 revisions (max) for the sketch and 1 minor change after I send you the final preview.

  • I will send you a sketch preview for approval.

  • Once the sketch has been accepted, I can’t make any major changes.

  • The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 4 weeks depending on factors such as school and other work.

  • Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image, there is no physical product.

  • The final copy is sent through email.

PAYMENT

  • Currency accepted is GBP and can be paid through PayPal.

  • Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

  • I have the right to decline commissions I don’t feel comfortable with or refund commissions if I don't complete.

  • Commissioner has no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances once payment is completed.

  • If payment has not been completed yet, then the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
